Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2026
Scope
These terms govern your use of omniot.io (the "site"). They do not govern any commercial engagement between you and OmnIoT. Commercial engagements, including pilots, production deployments, and ODM services, are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
What the site is
The site is an informational and marketing site for the OmnIoT platform and the ODM services offered by Agrinovo. Content on the site is provided for general information. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer, professional advice, or a warranty.
What you may do
You may read the site, share links to it, and submit the contact form to request a conversation. You may reference and link to the site from other websites. You may quote short excerpts with attribution.
What you may not do
You may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site in a way that disrupts other visitors. You may not submit the contact form with false identity or for purposes other than a genuine inquiry. You may not reproduce the OmnIoT name, logo, or brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
Intellectual property
The OmnIoT name, logo, and the content of this site are the property of Agrinovo. The underlying hardware, firmware, cloud, and mobile platform are covered by separate licenses under commercial agreements.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we make no warranty of uptime, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. Specifications, features, and timelines described on the site may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmnIoT and Agrinovo are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
