Industrial IoT controllers: Genesis and Genesis Lite

Two sizes of the same cellular controller. Genesis

Four modular sensor ports, cellular, battery and solar.

Genesis is built for sites where a cabinet, a mains feed and a panel builder are not on offer. You set what each port reads from the dashboard instead of rewiring it, so one unit handles a Modbus probe, an analogue transducer, an I2C sensor and a 1-Wire string at the same site. It runs for months between charges and it switches relays and solenoids as well as reading them.

Genesis Lite

One modular sensor port in a smaller enclosure.

Not every measurement needs four ports, and Genesis Lite is the single-port version of the same controller: the same protocol list on its one port, the same cloud and open API, the same offline buffering and the same fault detection. Deploy one where a site has a single thing worth watching, and several where the points are scattered rather than clustered within cable reach.
