Who we are
OmnIoT is a full-stack IoT platform operated from Israel. This policy covers personal data submitted through omniot.io. The controller of that data is the company operating this site; its registered details are available on request at [email protected], and are stated in full on any agreement, quotation, or invoice we issue.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us through the contact form on this site. That is: your name, work email, company name, role (optional), vertical (optional), target device count (optional), timeline (optional), and the free-text description of your product. We also record the IP address of the submitting device and the timestamp, purely to prevent abuse of the form.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate (which pages get traffic, how visitors arrive, how long they stay). Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode: no analytics cookies or measurement data are collected until you explicitly accept via the cookie banner. If you reject or ignore the banner, no analytics data is collected from your visit. IP addresses are anonymized and are not stored by us.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site (which resets the banner) or by using your browser's privacy controls. We do not run advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or third-party trackers.
In addition, the site loads the UserWay accessibility widget from cdn.userway.org. That third-party resource may set cookies under its own privacy policy, and is used solely to deliver the site's accessibility features. Typefaces are served from this domain, so rendering the page contacts no font provider.
Why we collect it
Exclusively to reply to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can help you build or ship a connected product. A form submission is a request to be contacted. Without this information we cannot respond.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system hosted on DigitalOcean in the European Union. Access is limited to the founders and any team members explicitly authorized to handle sales inquiries. We do not sell this data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not train AI models on it.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for up to three years after the last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Lead records that never convert are typically deleted within twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Security
The contact form submits over HTTPS. Our CRM is hosted on managed infrastructure with access restricted to named accounts with two-factor authentication.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. We do not retroactively weaken our commitments to data you have already shared.
