Dissolved oxygen that drops below threshold kills stock in under two hours. Ammonia spikes collapse biofilters overnight. OmnIoT is the full-stack IoT platform running in aquaculture production today: hardware in the water, firmware cellular-native, cloud multi-tenant, mobile apps under your brand.
The platform is the same. The deployment shape and the workflows differ significantly by farm type. Here is how to tell which one is you.
You run recirculating aquaculture systems, hatcheries, or high-density indoor farms. Water quality failure means stock loss in hours, not days. You need continuous monitoring, alerting before thresholds break, and an audit trail for regulators and insurers.
You run outdoor ponds, raceways, or marine cages. Remote sites, cellular-only connectivity, workers who move between dozens of bodies of water per day. You need battery-powered devices that run for months and a mobile app field workers can use one-handed.
You sell feeders, oxygenators, or turnkey systems and your customers are asking for connectivity. You need a white-label IoT layer you can ship under your brand without building a firmware and cloud team.
Modular hardware means any sensor of any type plugs into the same controller. Our reference integrations cover every parameter an aquaculture operation tracks.
Optical DO sensors with built-in temperature compensation. RS485 Modbus RTU output. Millisecond-scale alerting to protect stock during low-DO events.
Industrial pH and ORP probes with automatic temperature compensation. Calibration tracking in the cloud so you know when a sensor last saw buffer and when it last drifted.
Ion-selective electrodes for NH4+, NO3-, and related nitrogen species. Critical for RAS systems where biofilter health drives production.
Optical turbidity and suspended solids sensors for water clarity, filter performance, and harvest readiness.
EC probes with range from fresh to marine. Critical for estuary farms and RAS with partial saltwater media.
Digital temperature (RS485 and analog), tank level (ultrasonic, radar, pressure). The boring ones that still run the operation.
Sensor readings are the input. Workflows are what makes them useful. OmniCloud ships with the workflows aquaculture operations need on day one.
Every sensor reading lands in a multi-tenant cloud every few seconds. Real-time dashboards on every tank, every cage, every pond.
Threshold-based alerts per tank, per sensor, per shift. Push to mobile, email, Telegram. Escalation if the first person does not acknowledge.
Branded iOS and Android app for field workers. Manual readings via RS485 over USB-OTG, photo notes, GPS-tagged actions. Works offline, syncs when back in coverage.
Weekly CSV exports, PDF reports for regulators, daily summary digests. The documentation your auditors and insurers need.
Know which tank holds which batch, when fish were split or moved, feed events, treatment events. Tank-centric operations; batch is what is inside.
MQTT control topics drive feeders, oxygenators, valves. Schedules, manual overrides, safety interlocks. Your devices, your logic, your brand.
Agrinovo, our parent company, operates OmniCloud in production across aquaculture deployments including RAS systems, ponds, and hatcheries. Millions of sensor readings processed every month. Continuous customer onboarding. A shipping product, not a pilot.

Any sensor with RS485 Modbus RTU, analog 0-10V or 4-20mA, or I2C output plugs into our controllers directly. We have direct experience with dissolved oxygen (optical), pH, ORP, ammonia and nitrate ion-selective electrodes, conductivity/salinity, turbidity, suspended solids, COD, chlorophyll, and standard temperature/level sensors. Custom sensors can be added as part of an ODM engagement.
Yes. OmniCloud runs in production across aquaculture and agriculture deployments, processing millions of sensor readings every month. This is a shipping product with paying customers, not a pilot.
Yes. We publish iOS and Android apps under your developer identities in the App Store and Play Store. End users see your brand, not OmnIoT. This is standard in our ODM engagements.
Cellular (4G LTE Cat-M1/NB-IoT, fallback to 2G where still supported) plus WiFi. Pond and cage installations are typically cellular-only, battery-powered, with months of runtime. Indoor RAS deployments can use WiFi or Ethernet where available with cellular as fallback.
Typical pilots run 8 to 12 weeks from kickoff to devices in the water. Faster if the sensors you want are already in our reference hardware library; slower if we need to integrate a new sensor type. For a typical first pilot we deploy 10-20 devices across a subset of your ponds or tanks.
Yes. The cloud UI and mobile apps support multiple languages, including RTL languages (Hebrew, Arabic). The platform has been in production with Hebrew-first customers since 2023.
Engagements are quoted per scope. Pilot tier starts in the low five figures USD for hardware plus a fixed NRE. Production scales to per-device hardware costs plus a per-user or per-site SaaS fee. We do not publish fixed price lists; every aquaculture operation is different in size and sensor mix.
Yes. Our cloud exposes REST and MQTT APIs, so data flows into existing SCADA, farm management, or ERP systems. We have integrated with several common platforms in the field. A full replacement of your existing software is usually not required or advisable.
Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call. No deck, no pitch. Just your farm, your sensors, and what is blocking you from the monitoring you want.
